All orders are processed within 3-4 weeks ( excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.

Please keep in mind we are a small business striving to provide top quality and that all orders are custom so delays may occur. 

If you haven't received your order within 10 days of receiving your confirmation email please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

 

There is a NO RETURN policy. Please email us [email protected] for any questions and concers. 
888Customs will not replace an order that was lost or damaged due to carrier services you will need to file a claim with specific carrier. 

We have a no refund, no cancellation policy. If you decide to complete a charge back you'll be refused services on future orders.
